お申込はウェブサイトの申込フォームより受付 ております。

Please make a your reservation via “Registration” form on this website.

お申込後、emailにて主催者側より確認のご連絡いたします。ただし、この時点ではイベントの参加は確定されておりません。確認のお知らせを受領された方は、メールに記載されている方法に従い、 １週間以内に参加費の支払いをお済ませください。 主催者側による参加費の受領確認後、お送りいたしますメールをもって参加確定とさせて頂きます。

Once we receive your online application, we will contact you by e-mail if your request is accepted or waitlisted. At this point, your registration is not yet completed. Please make your payment within one week from our initial e-mail. The payment details are described in the mail.You will receive a final confirmation e-mail from us after we confirm your payment. This e-mail will prove that your registration is completed.

主催者の都合による中止の場合は返金に対応いたします。

Refund is available in case of the cancellation by the organizer.
